Who we are
This site is run by Irregular Production and Films LLP, a creative production house working across London, Barcelona and Mumbai. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, your email address, the name of your brand or organisation, the kind of film you have in mind and the message you write about your project. This applies to the enquiry form on this site and to any email you send to contact@irregularproduction.com.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else may see it
When you send the enquiry form, it reaches us through Wix, which provides and hosts this site and keeps a copy of your enquiry for us. If you email us instead, your message passes through your email provider and ours. Wix may also process technical information such as your IP address and device details in order to deliver the pages. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
Careers applications
If you apply through the Careers page, the form is provided by Youform and shown on this site. Your answers, such as your contact details, portfolio link, day rates and availability, reach us through Youform, which stores them for us. We use them only to consider you for crew and project opportunities, in line with GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to work with you if a project follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@irregularproduction.com and we will respond.
